It is normal for small amount of liquid to seep into the clearomizer – vaporizer connector area. Therefore, we recommend you wipe down the points before charging your vape.
You should avoid spilling liquid or tincture into metal tube leading from the mouth to the battery end of the Kanger clearomizer Aerotank when you are filling the clearomizer. That’s very important.
Be sure to always use a cloth or tissue to wrap the mouthpiece when you are twisting off the bottom of the clearomizer because the seals will unseal and the liquid will definitely leak into or onto places you don’t want it to.
A signal that you spilled liquid into the metal tube at the center of the kanger clearomizer is a leak or gurgling noise. You must get the liquid out of the center of the tub by removing the clearomizer from the battery and wrapping a cloth around the bottom and blow through the like a bugle.
Make sure the atomizer head is secure before you reinstall the base of the Kanger clearomizer Protank because it can loosen during maintenance.
Maintain the “vacuum” in the Kanger clearomizer tank and prevent leaks by keeping the tank full by not allowing the ejuice to fall below a third of the aerotank.
Atomizer heads have an average lifespan between one to two weeks. When the atomizer head wears down, it may begin to leak. Replace the atomizer head with a new one if available.
