Retail Customers: We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee and free shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Sold Out Items: Some products on our website are labeled “Sold Out”, which means we currently do not have them in stock. However, these items can still be purchased and will ship out once we receive more (please refer to the “ETA” date on the product page). Note: The ETA is subject to change.
Wholesale Customers: We offer store credit only for all unused and unopened products for up to one (1) year following receipt of your order.
Missing or Broken Items: All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
